Role Overview:
Are you a fast-paced, highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail? Academy of Learning Career College ("AOLCC") is currently hiring a Marketing Manager who plays a pivotal role in advancing the college's mission by spearheading innovative marketing and promotional initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing organic strategies to captivate prospective students, elevate brand visibility, and drive overall engagement with AOLCC. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will develop comprehensive marketing campaigns, leverage digital platforms for maximum impact, and analyze marketing data to refine strategies continually. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, creative acumen, and a commitment to lifelong learning, aligning with our core principles to foster a culture of WOW!
Responsibilities:
1. Organic Marketing Strategy & Content Creation:
Develop and execute an organic marketing strategy across social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand awareness,
engage with prospective students and grow community presence.
Lead the content strategy for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring
all content aligns with the college's mission and resonates with the target
audience.
Manage and oversee the creative development of organic content (images, videos,
blogs, infographics) for social media platforms and the website.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting content strategies and
engagement tactics based on data insights.
2. Social Media Management:
Oversee daily management of social media accounts, ensuring that posts are on-
brand, engaging, and informative for prospective students.
Create and implement a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant posts,
stories, and videos.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions on
social media platforms.
3. Community Outreach & Event Coordination:
Develop and execute community outreach initiatives, including organizing events
that engage local communities and prospective students, both in-person and
virtually.
Coordinate with the Admissions team to identify event opportunities, promote
events, and ensure follow-up to convert leads to student enrollments.
Plan and manage participation in industry events, education fairs, and community
partnerships to increase brand awareness and attract new leads.
4. Collaboration with Admissions Team:
Work closely with the Admissions team to align marketing efforts with
enrollment goals, ensuring all campaigns and events are designed to drive
prospective students through the admissions funnel.
Develop lead generation strategies, including organizing and promoting open
houses, webinars, and other engagement-focused events.
5. Marketing Campaign Performance & Analytics:
Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all organic marketing initiatives,
providing reports and actionable recommendations to optimize efforts.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, potential target markets, and
opportunities for growth.
6. Collaboration with External Vendors:
Work with graphic designers, printers, and other third-party vendors to create and
distribute high-quality marketing materials within defined timelines and budgets.
7. Ongoing Industry Research:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in organic marketing, social media, SEO, and community engagement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field.
A minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, with a strong preference for a bachelor's degree
2-3 Years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on organic social media, content strategy, and community outreach, preferably within the education sector.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience in event coordination and working cross functionally with different departments is considered an asset.
Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
