We're looking for a skilled IBM AS400 RPG Developer to join our growing team and help drive the development and delivery of mission-critical software that powers our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions aligned with functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in RPG (RPG III to ILE RPG) and CL (CLP to ILE-CL).
• Develop and maintain DB2 databases using both modern SQL and legacy file descriptions.
• Execute unit testing and automated test suites (integration, regression, performance) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, story refinement, and estimation sessions.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to document deployment, support, and operational requirements.
• Follow release processes and team development best practices.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with IBM AS400 RPG development, including RPG III to ILE RPG.
• Expertise in IBM AS400 Control Language (CLP and ILE-CL).
• Strong knowledge of DB2 database development on AS400, including both externally and internally described files.
• Understanding of Global Payments systems and concepts is a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile teams using tools like Jira.
• Self-driven individual contributor with attention to quality and detail.
