Our luxury fashion client is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Marketing Leader with the vision and drive to evolve into a future Chief Marketing Officer. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury resale brand poised for its next stage of expansion. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and innovation-and has a deep pulse on luxury fashion and consumer behavior.

In the early stages, you'll oversee the day-to-day marketing operations. Over time, you'll step into a leadership role as the strategic force behind brand growth, industry influence, and market leadership.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across social, email, SEO, SEM, SMS, and beyond.
  • Monitor shopping trends and keyword insights to keep the brand ahead of consumer expectations.
  • Own and analyze performance data (KPIs, ROI, etc.) to drive decisions that generate measurable impact.
  • Elevate the brand's social media presence through curated content, influencer partnerships, and creative direction.
  • Oversee the affiliate program and influencer marketing efforts to expand reach and drive revenue.
  • Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring maximum return on every dollar spent.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Research and implement new technologies and trends that push boundaries and reflect innovation.
  • Lead all contests, giveaways, and strategic brand collaborations to amplify brand presence.
  • Continuously ideate, test, and refine marketing initiatives that are bold, fresh, and data-driven.
  • Deliver monthly reports that provide insight, clarity, and direction for future campaigns.
  • Supervise the media buyer to optimize paid ad performance, lower CAC, and improve ROAS.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A degree in Marketing or equivalent real-world expertise.
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a strong grasp of SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Analytical strength-you don't just read numbers, you turn them into strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other key marketing tools.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for women's luxury fashion and an intuitive understanding of its audience.
  • A creative, strategic, and trend-savvy mindset.
