The Role:
You'll support and optimize our digital campaigns by analyzing data, running tests, and managing performance metrics. You'll work with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure that our digital marketing is strategic, efficient, and continually improving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
- Run A/B tests and interpret data to optimize marketing strategies
- Manage deliverables and effectiveness of third-party marketing vendors
- Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to the internal team
- Recommend budget and resource allocation based on performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Comfortable with numbers, patterns, and making data-informed decisions
- Tech-savvy with a desire to learn new tools and platforms
- Humble, focused, and results-driven-no marketing "gurus," just smart problem solvers
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, or digital ad platforms
- Experience running or assisting with any kind of performance-based digital campaigns
- Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot
- Content creation skills (i.e. graphics, videos and marketing writing)
