We are searching for a very senior iPhone Specialist that has the ability to support our client's Board of Directors and Executive Team, as well as a group of 1000+ employees.
- Very strong on iPhone functionality and features - hardware and software. Additional experience with laptops will be great
- Strong expertise in supporting a large groups of employees (at least 1000+)
- Strong expertise in supporting the needs of senior leaders - SLT, CEO, Board Directors
- Strong expertise with technical and security policies related to devices
- Strong experience with managing phones remotely with the right toolsets (Eg: Intune, etc.)
- Strong experience with working in a larger team and aligning to processes & technologies.
- Experience with evolving the support models on phones - fully managed, BYOD, etc.
- Has the EQ and the soft skills to manage the work, messaging and outcomes for senior leaders.
- Has positive, proactive and bold / innovative ideas on evolving current state
- Has strong communication skills
Additional Details:
- This is a 6 month contract
- Hybrid work environment - in-office (Yonge and Sheppard) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
