We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Field Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a passion for optimizing field service processes through innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Field Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Design and develop customized applications, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to improve field service management.
  • Implement and configure Field Service Cloud features, including work order management, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to align with business processes.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into field service operations and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to conduct unit testing and ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices, particularly related to Field Service Cloud.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Field Service Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service features, including service scheduling, mobile app configuration, and work order management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration tasks, such as user management, security settings, and data management.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications, particularly Salesforce Certified Developer and Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
