- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and Break-Fix activities.
- Provide end-user support and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Stage, build, and image systems using Merck's standard client image (eCore).
- Execute special projects as assigned by the customer.
- Offer technical training to junior staff as needed.
- Conduct data collection and preservation for migrations and eDiscovery tasks.
- Provide technical support for Manufacturing "Shop Floor" equipment (e.g., handhelds, laptops, scanners).
