1 DAY EVENT! Seeking a skilled Videographer to capture a summer Golf Tournament & Lunch.

Spend the day outside capturing video and photos of our 144 golfers on a 18-hole course.

Success in this project will yield the opportunity for more videography jobs within our network of corporate partners.

Event Date: August 27, 6am-2pm

Compensation: To be discussed

Optional Equipment Available: Sony FX30 camera and drone

Transportation: Carpool can be arranged

Responsibilities

• Operate provided FX30 camera and drone (drone optional), or personal gear.
• Ensure equipment is prepared for all-day filming (back up batteries, memory cards, etc.).
• Coordinate with the event organizer for key moments and VIPs to capture.
• Capture high-quality video and photos throughout the full 8-hour golf event, filming key moments including registration, golfers, mini games, sponsor holes, lunch, and whatever else catches your creative eye.
• Use creative framing and movement to showcase the energy and atmosphere of the day.
• Represent the brand in a friendly and professional manner when interacting with attendees.
• Ensure footage is backed up and securely transferred post-event.
• Deliver raw footage, and edited highlight reel (edited reel optional for additional compensation).

Qualifications

• Experience in event videography and working independently across a large venue.
• Comfortable capturing people and asking them to pose, swing, or do an action to elevate the shot (like high-five their teammate, stick a tee in the ground, etc.).
• Skilled in camera operation, framing, and lighting/composition in an outdoor setting.
• Drone operation experience is a plus.
