The Marketing Communications & E-Commerce Specialist at Nerval Corporation is a versatile and creative professional responsible for executing a wide range of marketing and digital commerce initiatives. This role blends graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce management to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms. The Specialist plays a key role in designing marketing materials, managing social media, updating the website, and optimizing e-commerce channels including Wayfair and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, tradeshow booths, and other promotional materials as directed by the management team.
• Develop visually appealing graphics for both print and digital formats, ensuring alignment with company brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored visuals that meet specific business needs.
Social Media
• Execute the company's social media strategy across all platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including text, images, videos, and multimedia.
• Monitor and engage with online audiences to foster brand loyalty and community interaction.
• Track social media performance and optimize strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
Website Management & Web Development
• Update and maintain the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date content that reflects ongoing marketing efforts.
• Perform basic web development tasks including layout updates and user experience improvements.
• Work with external developers or partners as needed for larger web projects.
Content Creation & Marketing
• Write and design monthly newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and other communications to clearly convey the brand message.
• Develop content for email campaigns, digital ads, and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual communications.
Marketing Strategy Support
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

E-Commerce Sales & Management
• Manage and optimize e-commerce sales channels, including Wayfair, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.

• Coordinate with design, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate product data and availability.

Professional Representation

Qualifications:
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
