Job Title: Growth Lead
Work Type: Full Time - Hybrid
Salary Range: OTE around $100 - 110K (uncapped)
Location: Montreal or Toronto
We are currently working with a FinTech startup in their search for a Growth / Sales Development Lead.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an opportunity for you to scale top-of-funnel efforts, with the ability to build processes for sending hundreds of semi-personalized messages and ultimately get sales team meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Development (50%)
- Build and scale outbound campaigns
- Grow and manage lead lists
- Book demos for their Sales team
- Help build out their SDR function
- Growth Marketing (50%)
- Drive high-impact engagement on LinkedIn
- Improve their website performance (SEO, funnels, traffic)
- Use tools and automation to drive scalable growth
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of wealth and finance
- Tech-savvy, especially with sales & growth tools
- 1000+ followers on social (drop your links in the app!)
- Degree from a top Canadian university ( or similar)
- Background in IB, VC, entrepreneurship, finance sales or wholesaling
- Data-driven and hands-on-you get things done
