As they expand into new markets , they're seeking a Marketing Specialist to build their brand and grow their client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and strengthen our social media and video presence
• Develop marketing materials and automate email funnels to boost the sales funnel
• As you develop in this role, you'll collaborate with vendors and contractors to support business growth, so strong communication, attention to detail, and strategic thinking are important.
• Identify and pursue new client acquisition avenues (Airbnb hosts, websites, niche markets)
• Support expansion efforts into new markets like Austin and Nashville

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Expertise in social media management, content creation, and email automation
• Strong research and analytical skills
