Job Title: QA Test Automation

Experience: Level 3 (5-7 years)

Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)

Focus areas

• Develop / configure software & tools to deliver test automation
• Onboarding various DevOps practices to software delivery
• Design, implement and enhance test automation solution and frameworks with focus on CICD
• Update existing automation suites to achieve higher coverage objectives, framework based on JAVA + Python
• Collaborate with other delivery teams and business to research and develop new tools to improve productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience as software developer in test (SDET) or DevOps
• Expert in various automation tools & technologies ,such as TDD,BDD (JBehave/Cucumber/)
• Extensive hands-on experience in distributed programming languages such as: Java/Python/
• Proficient in traditional RDBMS schema concepts and SQL
• Proficient in project builds using Gradle or Maven
• Source code management tools such as: GIT / VSS
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach
• Open to occasionally work in the weekend

Desired Skills:

• Self-starter ability to learn application architecture & new tools with minimal supervision
• Proficient in continuous integration tools such as: Jenkins, TeamCity
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
