Job Title: DevOps Engineer - On Premise Compute

An Elite FinTech Firm is looking for highly talented DevOps Engineers ideally with experience working in on-premise environments to join an elite group in group of individuals.

This team have an unlimited tech budget, promote a great culture and are made up of fantastic like-minded individuals.

Role:

• Working as part of a team of engineers looking after and building a zero-down time low latency infrastructure
• Automating anything and everything
• Programming in Python
• Working on incredible complex projects at scale thought impossible elsewhere
• Implementing best DevOps practices

Skills:

• 4+ years experience working with Linux (Ideally in the HPC space but not essential)
• Knowledge of Python - either as a Developer or scripting - they hire both skillsets!
• Extensive understanding of Terraform and/or Ansible is desirable
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and optimization
• Knowledge of observability systems such as Elasticsearch or OpenTelemetry is a plus
