My client is hiring an Identity & Access Governance Associate to strengthen their enterprise IAM framework. This role involves managing access controls for over 400+ applications, creating processes to mitigate risk, and ensuring appropriate data access across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own HRM/LEC functions: onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and UT code management
- Design and manage GRANT workflows; perform periodic entitlement reviews
- Develop IAM policies, procedures, and risk-based controls
- Track and report IAM metrics (KRIs/KCIs); support internal and external audits
- Identify and resolve privilege misuse and access issues
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, Audit, and Compliance teams
- Provide technical guidance on tooling, IAM improvements, and strategy
Ideal Candidate:
Experience managing IAM for large environments (400+ apps)
Skilled in writing and implementing access procedures and controls
Strong understanding of access governance, security risks, and entitlement workflows
