Role Overview: Our Montreal based client is looking for Business and System Analysts for a long term HYBRID Contract in Montreal or Toronto (3-4 days in office). The ideal candidates will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail and commercial sectors, and possess experience in solution delivery, especially within data migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed system and functional specifications.
• Lead data mapping and develop functional specifications for data migration initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementations.
• Work autonomously in dynamic environments, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in business and system analysis.
• Proficiency in banking domains, including retail and commercial banking, deposits, and lending.
• Demonstrated experience in solution delivery, with a focus on data migration projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate requirements effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• French language skills are an asset but not required.
