Skills and Responsibilities:

• Good understanding of incentive compensation domain in general and SAP Callidus Incentive Management application

• Good understanding of the current integration architecture and data flows in place to support SAP Callidus.

• Knowledge of Shaw wireline/connected home ordering and billing applications

• Knowledge of Shaw Data & AI platforms both on On-Prem and Cloud (EDL, Snowflake AWS, AZCA)

• Conduct JAD sessions with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements for IT development teams.

• Document all functional use cases to serve as a foundation during the implementation phase and testing.

• Create and maintain process flowcharts, data models, and other visual representations to illustrate current and proposed business processes.

• Collaborate with cross functional technical teams to design high-level system architectures that meet business needs.

• Develop a high-level design document solutions that align with business requirements.

• Review the design with the enterprise architecture team and solution architects to ensure their alignment.

• Identify and document potential assumptions, risks, and dependencies that might impact the successful implementation of the project.

• Integrate essential data governance and security processes into the High-Level Design to ensure compliance Processes

• Collaborate with the data integration team to develop a well-defined plan for data integration, migration, and cleansing, ensuring accuracy and reliability when transferring data to Compensation system.

• Work with PMO process to get the HLD approved by business and IT stakeholders and the enterprise architecture and security architecture teams.

• Create impact assessments based on project requirements and high-level solutions for the development team and project team

• Leverage technical background and experience to develop solutions at varying levels of refinement and work with development Tech Lead to create estimates for the associated changes

• Facilitate design & whiteboarding sessions with architect, IT teams, developers by walking through the solution and helping to make design decisions for an efficient overall solution
