Sitecore Lead:

You will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead and manage Sitecore development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, including developers, designers, and other project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly and transparently.

• Technical Expertise:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Sitecore's architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Design and implement Sitecore solutions, including content management, personalization, and user experience enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Sitecore applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore technologies and best practices.

• Team Management & Mentorship:
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.

• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with designers, brand team, and other stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other project stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Sitecore Expertise: Proven experience with Sitecore development, including experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (SXA) and Sitecore Experience Commerce.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), programming languages (C#, ASP.NET), and relational databases.
• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Knowledge on Figma and template/Component based development is a good to have
