About the Role

Join a dynamic team driving the implementation of a new, cutting-edge billing platform! As a Guidewire Developer, you'll play a key role in enhancing and deploying solutions for a large-scale Guidewire Billing Center implementation. Working in an Agile environment, you'll collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance features to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues, estimate workloads, and ensure high-quality code through testing and debugging.
• Develop Java applications and services in an Agile setting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share best practices within the developer community.
• Work closely with QA teams and business analysts to ensure smooth implementation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing on the Guidewire platform using Gosu.
• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Bilingual (English & French) required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire certifications.
• Experience with Guidewire SaaS and Billing Center.
• Experience with Guidewire version migrations.
• Familiarity with Spring, Cucumber, JMeter, Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of property & casualty insurance and billing/collections processes.
