Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms, secure print technologies, and enterprise infrastructure management? Dacaro Services is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our major financial services client and help drive scalable, secure, and modern infrastructure solutions across their enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Analyze infrastructure requirements for application deployments, high availability, and scalability.
• Design and document infrastructure architecture using diagrams and technical documentation.
• Lead the implementation and support of serverless print technologies (Ricoh Streamline NX, HP Web Jetadmin, Celiveo).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues related to networking, security, and system performance.
• Develop and automate deployment processes using PowerShell and infrastructure-as-code principles.
• Configure and maintain security protocols, network authentication (802.1x), and certificate management using DigiCert.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance using Dynatrace and other performance tools.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery meets enterprise expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution architecture, planning, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Azure (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), Azure AD
• Windows Server Management, SQL, DigiCert, and Network Security
• Print technologies: Ricoh Streamline NX, HP Web Jetadmin, Celiveo
• Infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
• Network and certificate protocols (802.1x, PKI)
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell)
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
