Integration Developer (Workday)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with hands-on experience in Workday to support the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Workday and external/internal systems. This role will primarily focus on integrations related to Workday HCM and Workday Financials (FIN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday HCM/FIN and other business systems.

• Utilize Workday Studio to develop complex custom integrations.

• Configure and manage Workday Core Connectors and related integration tools.

• Collaborate with functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize integration solutions to ensure data integrity and system performance.

• Document integration processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience developing integrations to/from Workday HCM and Workday Financials.

• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio.

• Experience with setting up and managing Workday Core Connectors.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
