Banking or Financial background is preferred

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend

Location: Toronto, ON

Location Type: Hybrid; 2 days onsite

Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours

MUST HAVE:

1.) Lead end to end requirement gathering & documentation for assigned project(s)

2.) Support Testing /Traceability of requirements from initiation to execution.

3.) comfortable with both Agile /Waterfall delivery methodologies

4.) Ability to drive project teams forward to ensure end to end requirement are captured and have traceability.

5.) Ensure that requirement-related dependencies and constraints are identified & documented by bridging the communication between business and technology stakeholders.

NICE TO HAVE

1.) knowledge of Data lifecycle management

2.) Jira and confluence experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer:Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders by applying a variety of techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, understand, and gain consensus on requirements.
• Work with SMEs to identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders to design the desired future state; provide recommendations and/or direction based on the end-to-end customer experience when making decisions.
• Ensure business processes/systems impacted by requirements are analyzed and the acceptance criteria clearly demonstrates the changes to business process/systems to meet customer needs.
