Role: Senior Product Manager, Business Digital Enablement CRM Solutions
Story Behind the Need
Business group: IB Retail Value Proposition - International banking retail includes different international countries mainly LatAm operations, this specific one covers ECR, DR and Peru and Chile - working in business and digital lines for retail banking for those areas
Project: Product Manager for CRM Retail Project for next 1.5 years - modernization of customer relationship system, platform that advisors use in the branches, the platform (Sales Platform) is 9+ years old, the platform is being modernized to a new one Retail Plus (in house platform) - platform is to manage relationship with clients and to action campaigns there, to manage portfolio with clients and for reporting purposes - phase: has already been implemented in Chile, so will be re-using some of the components, functionalities to replicate in the other regions, so there is a template
Candidate Value Proposition:

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager in a highly cross-functional, cross-cultural environment
2) Bilingual in Spanish + English required (professional proficiency in both)
3) 2+ years' Agile experience
4) 2+ years' experience with Jira, Confluence
5) Experience building and deploying technology solutions such as CRM from a business standpoint
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience deploying digital solutions in a fast-changing environment that drive P&L
2) Banking/FI experience
3) Strong knowledge of other consumer and small business technologies including origination, core bank, risk and other systems
