Our Toronto based client is looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead (ETL-AWS) for a long term HYBRID contract in the GTA. The consultant to manage the end-to-end technical delivery of customer engagements, foster team development, and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while actively collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery teams across the project lifecycle (strategy, design, build, test, delivery, operate)
• Provide direction on detailed technical design and solutions
• Maintain regular communication with senior executives and stakeholders
• Drive reporting, risk management, and progress tracking
• Identify and present innovative solutions for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, third-party providers, and subcontractors
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of technology transformation experience, including technical delivery
• 5+ years of consulting experience, ideally within Financial Services or Banking
• 7+ years of ETL development experience with the AWS technology stack
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, data architecture, and infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to lead teams of BSAs, developers, and quality analysts
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence change
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-first approach
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

Preferred:

• Certifications: AWS/Azure Solution Architect or Data Architect
• Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets domains
• Technology program management experience with financial oversight
