Position: MS Dynamics Solution Architect
Locations: Toronto, Mississauga, Calgary, Montreal, Vancouver (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of customer engagement solutions (focused on Sales and Service modules). The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical knowledge, architectural design expertise, and experience with cloud-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions with emphasis on Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Lead the technical architecture and component design in a service-oriented environment, preferably with experience using middleware like MuleSoft.
- Design and implement both online and on-premises D365 CE environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Guide integration strategies using APIs (REST, OData, Web API) and tools such as SSIS; experience with Azure-based integrations is a strong plus.
- Develop custom functionalities using C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, SSRS, and Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Leverage Azure Functions, Service Bus, and related services to orchestrate communication between upstream and downstream systems.
- Execute data migration activities including analysis, transformation, mapping, and cleansing; familiarity with Azure Data Factory is preferred.
- Create reporting solutions using SSRS and have working knowledge of Power BI.
- Stay current with new features of Dynamics 365, including Sales Insights, Customer Voice, and Service Insights.
- Apply best practices for securing Dynamics 365 environments and managing cloud-based DevOps pipelines.
- Contribute to cloud-based information strategies, preferably on enterprise-grade global infrastructures.
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain is an added advantage.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker or relevant Dynamics 365 customization certifications
