Role Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors, business, other IT teams, and project manager(s), to gather requirements, define objectives, and deliver scalable IT solutions.

• Lead system integration and data migration projects, ensuring smooth interoperability and accurate data transfer between banking systems and external platforms.

• Maintain effective communication across all stakeholder groups, bridging technical and non-technical perspectives.

• Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team dynamics.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and progress reports.

• Oversee and execute rigorous testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of solutions within the banking domain.

• Utilize .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, and seamless integration.

• Promote Agile practices within the team to optimize collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery timelines.

Required Skill Set:

• Proficient with support applications built on windows stack particularly .net Proficient with MSSQL DB as an analyst not necessarily DBA.

• Excellent communication with the stakeholders.

• Extensive experience in the banking domain with a proven track record of successful system integration and data migration projects.

• Effective stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across vendors, business units, other internal teams, and project managers.

• Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring junior team members.

• Excellent documentation and testing abilities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance project workflow.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies and frameworks for application development and integration.

Desired Skill Set:

• Exposure to banking software platforms, financial technologies (FinTech), and regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, Identity Access Management (IAM) and database management systems relevant to integration and migration.

• Certifications in Agile, .NET, or project management.
