Role: D365 CE and Power Platform Solutions Architect

12 Months Contract

Location: Toronto ON - Hybrid onsite - 3 days onsite per week

Role Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, application modernization, and cloud migration strategies, especially with on-prem to online D365 CE transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Oversee and guide migration projects from on-prem D365 to online, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and minimized downtime.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align solution capabilities with business goals.
• Design integration strategies with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and Dataverse.
• Define governance, ALM, security, and environment strategies for enterprise-scale implementations.
• Provide technical leadership on Power Platform initiatives including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in end-to-end D365 CE architecture and solution delivery (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service modules).
• Strong understanding of Power Platform components and their enterprise use.
• Proficiency in Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, security modelling, and environment architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant
