Role Overview

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management system.
• Create and maintain Project Quality Plans, Quality Procedures, and Surveillance Programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering on the Engineering Surveillance Program.
• Develop and execute Surveillance Plans for FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning.
• Lead quality requirements implementation for procured equipment and construction scope.
• Coordinate the development and execution of the quality audit program.
• Identify, report, and resolve non-conformances and quality issues.
• Establish and implement the project's quality reporting and metrics program.
• Interface with Project Management to ensure resource engagement for the Quality Management system.
• Facilitate Project-specific Quality training and workshops.
• Provide quality input for Execution Proposal documents and participate in technical evaluations.
• Complete planning activities for Gate 3, including risk identification and updating system deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications

• Surveillance Plans: Experience in developing and executing surveillance plans.
• Quality Audits: Proficient in coordinating quality audit programs.
• Quality Reporting: Ability to establish and implement quality reporting metrics.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: Relevant quality management certifications are advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in quality management within project environments.
