We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Master Data Analyst on a 12+ month contract, to support the readiness and reliability efforts for a newly constructed gas export terminal. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the facility is equipped with the right spare parts and accurate asset data for sustained, reliable operations. The analyst will focus on developing complete Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory strategies during the transition from commissioning to operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review vendor-supplied documentation (P&IDs, datasheets, manuals) for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Identify and catalog all maintainable components into structured Bills of Materials.
• Create and maintain item records in the facility's asset management system to support maintenance planning and procurement.
• Analyze BOMs to determine critical spares required for operations based on asset criticality, part lead time, and risk tolerance.
• Define min/max stock levels for new inventory items considering operational demands and existing spare parts availability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Maintenance Planning, and Reliability Engineering teams to align inventory strategies and stocking policies.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all item master data within the CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
• Support the standardization of naming conventions, classifications, and data attributes.
• Facilitate data migration and validation efforts during system setup or transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in inventory analysis, master data management, or maintenance planning-preferably in oil & gas or LNG environments.
• Experience developing BOMs and spare parts strategies for large-scale industrial facilities.
• Proficient with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP PM/MM, IBM Maximo).
• Ability to interpret complex technical documentation for static and rotating equipment common in gas processing and export operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality assurance skills.
