Executive Producer

The Opportunity:

• Build Tendril's roster of clients, prioritizing opportunities that allow us to push boundaries and become a reference point for the design community
• Act as a strategic partner for our clients and project leadership team. Identify client business needs, collaborate with your creative team to provide thoughtful solutions to their challenges
• Lead collaborative sessions with internal stakeholders (CDs, Directors, Art Directors) creating pitches that transform rough ideas into production-ready plans that articulate clear visions for success
• Responsible for a portion of Tendril's sales, harnessing inbound leads, proactive pitching, and a personal network to build contacts.
• Build upon an existing hub of sales materials (decks, case studies, process documents, websites) to provide foundational tools for portfolio growth.
• Transition awarded projects into production, creating SOWs, bid letters, timelines, and profitable budget frameworks for producers to carry out
• Provide leadership and oversight to Producers throughout the course of your production, ensuring that the final product aligns with both the client's needs and Tendril's creative expectations
• Implement and maintain department organization, structure and industry best practices with support of the leadership team, including ensuring your direct reports (producers) are following production handbook guidelines
• Responsible for working as a leader with a team of Producers & Artists, aiming to mentor and inspire the team
• Proactively contribute ideas to our international roster of talent and vendors/pipeline studios to support incoming business needs
• Continuously build on your leadership skills with the senior leadership team, by participating in quarterly learning activities and by creating your own stretch goals
