We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter with 2-3 years of experience in the building envelope industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with glass curtain wall systems (stick and/or unitized), windows, storefronts, and glass assemblies, and will be proficient in AutoCAD for the preparation of detailed shop and fabrication drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate shop, fabrication, and installation drawings for curtain walls, windows, and other façade systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure design intent and constructability.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings related to building envelope systems.
• Develop system details for unitized and stick-built curtain wall systems.
• Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely delivery of project submittals.
• Coordinate revisions and changes in design with internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of drafting experience in building envelope or curtain wall systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (required); Revit or other 3D drafting tools a plus.
• Familiarity with glass, aluminum framing, curtain wall (stick & unitized) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
