Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Define and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with our client's business objectives.
• Identify opportunities and customer needs to inform product development.
• Develop excellent communication structures with all stakeholders.
• Invest in understanding reinsurance and the wider business landscape.
• Establish and monitor KPIs that link product performance to business success.
• Execute an effective framework for prioritizing work to drive desired results.
• Create a high performing product team that has great product development practices.
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team, developers and project managers to ensure product alignment and progress.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience and 8 in technology product development.
• Degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven record in product management fundamentals, (likely outside of reinsurance.)
• Experience in establishing product disciplines and driving product strategy.
• Experience in developing complex software products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Process orientation; ability to develop repeatable processes or improve existing processes.

Our client offers relocation assistance, excellent benefits and an executive level compensation package. Currently in Bermuda there is only minimal income tax in the range of 6-9%.
