Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Markham, ON. This role supports marketing and sales operations by managing brand awareness efforts, lead generation, campaign planning, order processing, customer communication, sales reporting, and workflow optimization, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and accurate documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness; manage lead generation, website development and content curation/creation
  • Work with Director of Sales on marketing plan, create the plan for a given campaign
  • Work with sales team to ensure data accuracy and enter information into ERP or similar software system to initiate order process
  • Develop, maintain and update filing system for sales orders from different accounts
  • Pass order lists to production line, communicate any special requirements from customers
  • Reply customer messages on portal and emails, redirect them if necessary
  • Conduct internal/external sales meetings with account managers and carriers, record content of meetings
  • Generate weekly sales reports for forecast purpose
  • Download and generate monthly parts sales reports for each account
  • Prepare and amend documents such as invoice, orders and custom clearance forms
  • Optimize workflow procedures and clear system error logs for all channels
  • Any other tasks as required by the supervisor or management team

Qualifications

  • Required education: college diploma in Business Administration related education
  • Required experience: minimum 2 years working experience in E-commercial or local marketing field.
  • Experience in the computer industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
