New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Functional Analyst: Microsoft Endpoint Management to enhance and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Management using SCCM or Intune.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support endpoint management solutions.
• Create and manage compliance policies and application deployments.
• Maintain system health, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance optimization.
• Develop detailed documentation and training materials.
• Execute change management procedures without business disruption.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing Microsoft SCCM or Intune.
• Expertise in managing Windows, iOS, MacOS, and Android devices.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and excellent documentation capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively and conduct user training.
