Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and technical direction.
• Oversee the entire Dynamics 365 implementation lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive technical and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular solution reviews and implement continuous improvements.
• Provide detailed training and documentation to stakeholders.
