Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and customization of ServiceNow workflows.
• Develop and document comprehensive user and technical requirements.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing and maintain solution documentation.
• Provide training and operational support for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD.
• Proficiency in workflow customization, UI design, and ACL management.
• Expertise in system integration and operational troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
