New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Functional Analyst: Avaya/Komutel/Geomant to support, configure, and optimize Avaya telephony, Komutel call answering systems, and Geomant dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Avaya telephony solutions and Komutel systems.
• Integrate telephony systems with applications such as CAD and call recording systems.
• Provide first and second-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving system issues.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with vendors.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Avaya telephony and Komutel platforms.
• Experience in telephony systems integration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in SQL and relational database management.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and technical communications.
