New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a GIS Specialist to analyze GIS processes, develop and integrate applications, and maintain corporate geospatial data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing GIS processes and conduct requirements analysis.
• Define system specifications, document workflows, and perform fit/gap analysis.
• Develop applications using ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
• Build spatial data integrations between GIS databases and enterprise systems.
• Create, update, and manage corporate geospatial datasets.
• Perform QA/QC on GIS data for accuracy and completeness.
• Use scripting (Python or FME) for GIS automation and processing.

Requirements

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and related GIS applications.
• Proficiency in spatial data integration and database management.
• Familiarity with ArcSDE geodatabases and relational databases.
• Experience with FME or Python scripting for GIS workflows.
• Knowledge of CAD software and engineering as-built drawings.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
