New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Zetron Dispatch Console and Station Alerting Analyst to configure and maintain Zetron dispatch consoles and station alerting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zetron dispatch consoles configuration and system integration.
• Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors on system upgrades and feature implementations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting and operational use.
• Support integration with CAD, Motorola radios, and telephony systems.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Zetron dispatch and alerting systems.
• Experience with integration of dispatch consoles and emergency response systems.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
