New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Solution Manager Specialist to maintain and enhance SAP Solution Manager systems (including ChaRM), providing support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and development across modules.
Responsibilities
- Provide support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and development for SAP Solution Manager modules such as ChaRM, EarlyWatch Report, Technical Monitoring, EEM, Incident Management, and Test Management.
- Manage system configurations and customizations for SAP Solution Manager.
- Monitor system performance using EarlyWatch Reports and Technical Monitoring.
- Design and implement End-User Experience Monitoring and Test Management processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define and maintain SAP Solution Manager workflows and processes.
- Provide user training and documentation for Solution Manager functionalities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager modules, including ChaRM.
- Knowledge of EarlyWatch Report, Technical Monitoring, and EEM configurations.
- Experience with Incident Management and Test Management in SAP.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SAP change request management and lifecycle processes.
- Ability to support both functional and technical components of Solution Manager.
