New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Functional Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power BI to deliver advanced reporting and dashboard solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and SSRS.
• Implement ETL workflows with SSIS and integrate multiple data sources.
• Perform data modeling and create optimized DAX measures.
• Gather business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Facilitate solution design reviews and stakeholder demonstrations.
• Provide end-user training and create user documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in SSIS and ETL development.
• Expertise in data modeling and DAX.
• Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder presentations.
