We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Marketing & Business Development for our client to lead and evolve key growth, brand, and marketing initiatives. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the organization's marketing vision while contributing to its long-term growth and success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of brand, digital, content, and growth strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive growth across target markets.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in developing growth strategies and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
