Frontier Networks is in the business of building broadband infrastructure and voice services. We have, by far, the largest network with the most significant overall reach.

Not to mention, our commitment to having customers experience our company's culture.

We are passionate about what we do, we take quality and customer support seriously, and our culture places us as one of the most incredible places to work.

Background on Frontier Networks: Who We Are - Where Connectivity Meets Common Sense

Frontier Networks is Canada's no-nonsense broadband and connectivity provider for businesses that just want things to work. We provide Internet, Voice, Alarm, Camera, WiFi, and in-store music solutions to national retail chains, franchises, and enterprise clients across Canada and the USA.

We don't do red tape. We don't do promo pricing. We do clear, honest, and responsive service-with 100% coverage and a 24/7 support team that's actually awake when you call.

About You: You in a Nutshell - Curious. Competent. Collaborative.

You're smart, proactive, and allergic to mediocrity. You care about outcomes, not optics. Whether you're in sales or support, you know your work matters to the customer experience-and you take pride in that.

The Role: Senior Account Executive - Direct Sales Franchise Organizations, Franchisees & National Store Operations

You'll work directly with end-user customers and franchise organizations to showcase the Frontier difference: faster, fairer, and friendlier service. Every opportunity you uncover is a chance to turn a mediocre experience into a long-term relationship.

This role is tailored for someone with experience selling to franchise networks, franchisees, and national store operators. Frontier Networks is already successful in this space and offers a compelling value proposition to owners and operators looking for simple, national solutions. Your goal will be to grow that success by building relationships and introducing our range of services-including broadband, voice, managed services, and more-to clients who are underserved by the large telecom incumbents.

What to Expect: What's a Day at Frontier Look Like? - Structured. Supported. Surprisingly Fun.

From fast quotes to multi-site proposals, our systems and support teams make it easy to deliver value to your customers. You'll shape our go-to-market efforts, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships across the franchise and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new client opportunities
  • Target and engage franchise organizations, franchisees, and national operators.
  • Engage in strategic outreach and discovery
  • Create and deliver proposals that solve real problems
  • Maintain relationships and ensure long-term client success
  • Collaborate with teammates on sales strategy and hand-offs.

Qualifications:

  • College or University education, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in B2B or franchise sales (telecom experience preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to navigate and sell into multi-location organizations.
  • Driven by results and excited to grow your earnings.

One More Thing: Why Frontier? - Because Mondays Shouldn't Suck

We're about doing work that matters with people who care. No corporate nonsense. No endless drama. Just straight-up opportunity and a team that supports your growth.

Location: Toronto (Etobicoke) Office, 530 Kipling Avenue. Easy access off the QEW and Kipling South.

Note: This role is not suitable for remote work. We need you in the office to actively collaborate with staff and learn, especially during the formative years of your Frontier career.
