We're looking for an exceptionally talented People & Culture Generalist who is passionate about supporting and empowering our company's most valuable resource - our people!

As People & Culture Generalist, you hold a strong understanding of the many facets of human resources and are comfortable wearing many hats, jumping in to execute wherever needed. You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities with precision, detail and a high degree of excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive support in all functional areas of human resources, including payroll & benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, health & safety, talent management and a variety of projects within People & Culture.

What You'll be Doing:

Total Rewards Management

  • Managing payroll administration - processing bi-weekly and monthly commissions payments via ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
  • Supporting compensation & pay for performance - assisting with semi-annual compensation survey and providing recommendations on adjustments to pay scales.
  • Coordinating benefits case management and administration - including supporting the annual renewal process.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Supporting full cycle recruitment practices - including sourcing, screening, assessing and onboarding.

People & Culture Initiatives & Administration

  • Collaborating and supporting the strong execution and delivery of P&C strategies, projects and KPIs.
  • Leading employee engagement initiatives and programs, including employee recognition, engagement surveys, company communication, and special events.
  • Staying up to date with all employment laws and standards, reviewing and amending company policies and guidelines as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Overseeing health & safety management.

Performance Management

  • Coordinating the Performance Management Process (PMP), including execution, training, and process improvements as needed.
  • Assisting with talent assessment, succession planning, and training and development initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or another field relevant to the essential functions of this job.
  • Possession of or working towards Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation is preferred.
  • Strong generalist HR experience with a particular focus on: total rewards (payroll & benefits administration), recruitment, health & safety, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Fanatical attention to detail and organization, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a demanding work environment.
  • Grasps concepts quickly, takes ownership and holds themselves to a high degree of excellence.
  • Analytical individual, with the ability to connect the dots and make critical, informed decisions.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive attitude; takes initiative to prevent issues and has a bias towards action.
