We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join the team of our e-commerce client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced, online-driven business and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and support executive calendars
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist various departments with administrative tasks to improve workflow
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information responsibly
- Provide executive-level administrative support when required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in e-commerce or fast-paced environments is a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and confident phone/email etiquette
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Positive, adaptable attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (asset, not required)
