Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing Customer Success team. As a CSM, you'll be the strategic partner to a portfolio of clients, helping them realize the full value of our solutions. Your role will combine relationship management, technical advisory, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure exceptional customer experiences and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and training to ensure optimal platform adoption.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights and create engaging content.
- Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product improvements and service delivery.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM and support tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Outreach.io).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping customers succeed and a bias toward action and results.
