Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager to lead Canadian Visual Systems Sales Team focused on projectors and display technologies. This role will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and manage strategic partnerships across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a national sales team covering the Canadian market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for end users and channel partners.
- Drive sales of hardware, software, and value-added services.
- Build relationships with key accounts, resellers, and partners.
- Optimize channel strategy and onboard new partners.
- Oversee participation in industry events and trade shows.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to the team.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and team productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the A/V industry, including channel sales.
- Proven leadership of remote teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel 50%-75% across Canada.
