Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Communications Lead
Our client is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Brand Communications Lead to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and brand communications plans. A successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Guide the creation of high-quality, consistent and engaging content across all platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to enhance brand visibility and equity
  • Lead the company's ambassador and influencer programs, driving authentic partnerships
  • Identify and implement tools, automation platforms, and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Spearhead the integration of advanced technologies, such as AI and CRM enhancements
  • Create, execute, and manage a strategic social media marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive growth
  • Manage content calendars for multiple brands
  • Develop marketing collateral for social media, websites, blogs, and digital ads
  • Lead targeted and sales campaigns through email, ads, and social media
  • Oversee the company's ambassador program and partnerships with influencers or complementary brands
  • Generate, edit and publish daily content (text, images, video) to build meaningful connections
  • Collaborate with the web and graphic design teams to create compelling content
  • Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance to ensure ROI
  • Your strengths include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and brand communications
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management software
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and brand communication projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
