We're looking for a Safety, Quality and Supply Chain Coordinator in the manufacturing and operations sector.

Our client is building the foundation for long-term growth and is looking for a hands-on, detail-driven individual to help take their operations to the next level. The Safety, Quality and Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing inventory, improving safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards across the organization.

Safety, Quality and Supply Chain Coordinator responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels, track product usage, and set smart re-order points

• Create and manage purchase orders, and stay on top of vendor communication and timelines

• Work with suppliers to resolve order issues and explore cost-saving opportunities

• Help research and implement improved inventory systems and storage solutions

• Lead safety efforts by conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations

• Deliver and support safety training for employees, and ensure follow-up and compliance

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for safety, training, and quality control

• Review quality of incoming supplies and outgoing materials, ensuring customer standards are met

• Organize stock and keep storage areas running efficiently

• Assist with ongoing improvements to safety programs and operational procedures

• Operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift as needed

The successful candidate has:

• Education and/or experience in safety, supply chain, or a related field, OHS diploma an asset

• Comfortable working with Excel and other basic software tools

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Able to balance multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

• A valid driver's license and willingness to complete forklift certification

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or logistics is a plus

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000, depending on experience

• Higher compensation may be considered for the right candidate
