A global manufacturer of high-quality ingredients for pastry, gelato, and specialty desserts is seeking a Corporate Pastry Chef to support technical demonstrations, client training, and sales initiatives across Canada. This role blends culinary skill with customer-facing engagement-ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on pastry work and helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
- Lead pastry and gelato demonstrations, presentations, and tastings for customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product education and consultation.
- Travel for tradeshows, events, and customer visits.
What You Bring
- Professional experience as a pastry chef or pastry technical demonstrator.
- Thorough knowledge of pastry ingredients and techniques, including baking and frozen desserts; experience with gelato is welcome but not required.
- Background in Italian dessert traditions, Italian culinary training, or experience with Italian brands is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing or sales support role is preferred.
- Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Canada.
- Fluency in English; French or Italian language skills are an asset.
