ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Manage all aspects of a campaign by providing outstanding client services
- Actively participate in clients' planning processes and successfully assume a facilitator's role when required
- Create and nurture a strong relationship with various client stakeholders and their other AORs
- Ensure all team members have delegated work appropriately, and they remain challenged and engaged
- Proactively keep abreast of industry trends and share knowledge with the team
REQUIREMENTS -
- At least 3+ years of ad agency experience in an account management role
- Passionate about advertising; an eye for details
- Great relationship and communication skills
- Understanding of the Canadian marketing industry
- Preferred languages- Mandarin or Cantonese
